These Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Peach Latino LLC ("Peach Latino LLC", "we", "us"). Peach Latino LLC provides tax preparation, accounting, ITIN support and related professional services. By opting in to our SMS program you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
The Peach Latino LLC SMS program sends customer care messages to customers who have given their express written consent. You can expect to receive messages about:
Messages are service-related and conversational. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
You opt in directly with Peach Latino LLC, and only for this program, by completing the form at https://peachlatino.com/sms-consent: you enter your name, email and mobile phone number, type YES in the field labeled "SMS Consent - Type YES to receive SMS from Peach Latino LLC", and click Send. Typing YES and submitting the form is your express written consent to receive SMS messages from Peach Latino LLC at the number provided. You may also opt in by texting START or YES to (770) 986-7880 or (770) 717-9888.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can receive all of our services without opting in to text messages.
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and the status of your service.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you (or to (770) 986-7880). After you send STOP, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text START or YES, or sign up again at the form above, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. The keywords UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also opt you out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, among others, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular and their subsidiaries. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your mobile phone number, your opt-in data or your consent with anyone. Your information is used only by Peach Latino LLC to deliver the messages described in Section 1. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to use the mobile number you enroll.
